Main Features:

1. The entire control system of the machine adopts the latest microcomputer servo control and operating system, with each unit of the machine driven by an independent servo motor. The entire machine uses 22 servo motors (eight-color group with three die-cutting stations), ensuring high-precision registration during high-speed operation.
2. The anilox roller adopts an air-expanding sleeve design, making the anilox roller lightweight and gearless, which facilitates quick and easy roller changes. The absence of gears on the anilox roller not only improves printing quality but also reduces maintenance on the anilox roller.
3. Printing and ink transfer pressure adjustment: The anilox roller uses a walking roller shoulder method. Adjustments to the printing pressure and ink transfer pressure are made by fine-tuning the support frames on both sides. Changing the size of the anilox roller requires minimal adjustments to printing pressure, and special printing requirements only need slight fine-tuning, significantly improving printing efficiency (previous structures required readjusting the ink transfer pressure and printing pressure for each print, which was time-consuming and wasted materials).
4. The machine’s impression roller is equipped with a water cooling device, ensuring that printing on film materials is not affected by the high temperatures generated by UV curing.
5. This machine is suitable for printing on paper, laminated materials (PET, OPP, CPP, PP), and other materials.
